How do I make an online return?Updated a month ago

Refunds are offered on all eligible online orders returned to us within 30 days of your delivery date. Please find our full Returns Policy here to ensure your eligible for a return. 



How to submit your return:

  1. Login to your Lovisa Account 
    To login into your account here, use the email address you used to place your order. Once entered, you will receive a secure one-time code to your email. 
  2. Go to the Previous Orders tab and select "Manage" on the order you'd like to return
    Select the order you would like to return. 
  3. Click "Request Return"
    Follow the prompts by selecting the items you'd like to return. 
  4. Return Approval and Shipping
    Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label. Securely pack your items, attach the label, and lodge your parcel at your local post office. 
  5. Refund Processing
    Once your return is received (please allow up to 10 business days), your refund will be processed. A $9.60 refund handling fee will be deducted from your refund. You'll receive a confirmation email once this is complete.
